Terms
These terms cover the use of this website. Work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Getituse. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may read this site and use the enquiry form for genuine business enquiries.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, submit automated or bulk enquiries, upload anything malicious, or use the site in a way that damages it or disrupts anyone else's use of it.
You must not scrape or copy the site systematically, or use its content to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.
If we believe the site is being misused we may block access without notice.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending the enquiry form is not an offer and does not create a contract. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Neither side is under any obligation until a written agreement has been signed by both. Descriptions of services, timelines and capabilities on this site are indicative and are not commitments in relation to any particular project.
We may decline any enquiry, and we do not have to give a reason.
Intellectual property in this site
The design, text, graphics, code and layout of this site are owned by Getituse or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
The name Getituse and our logo are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.
You may view this site, and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, licence or otherwise commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
Names and marks belonging to other organisations that appear on this site remain the property of their owners.
Client work and source-code ownership
Work we carry out for a client is governed entirely by the signed agreement for that engagement. Nothing on this page varies that agreement, and where the two differ the signed agreement takes precedence.
Ownership of delivered source code, and of any third-party or pre-existing components used within it, is set out in that agreement. Ask us for our standard terms before you commission work if you want to see the position in advance.
Availability of this site
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free from errors.
We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice, including for maintenance. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
It is your responsibility to make sure your own equipment and connection are suitable for accessing the site.
Liability
This site is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that its content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and you should not rely on it as advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to a site we do not control, the link is provided for convenience only and does not mean we endorse that site or its content.
We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them, or for any loss arising from your use of them. Their own terms and privacy policies will apply.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last revised is shown at the top.
Changes take effect when they are published here, so please check this page from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
